Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of the STCRON Garage Door website. They are a general notice, not a signed service contract. Work performed at a property is governed by the scope you approve for that visit. If a sentence here conflicts with a written scope for a job, the written scope controls that job.
Website use
You may use this site to learn about garage door repair, installation, replacement, maintenance, and related services in Texas, and to contact the company. You may not use the site in a way that interferes with its operation, probes it for weaknesses, or misrepresents who you are.
The site is intended for people in the United States who are considering service. It is written in English. Nothing on the site is an offer to perform work outside Texas or in a place we have not agreed to schedule.
Estimates
Descriptions of repair, installation, springs, openers, and other work explain the kind of job. They are not estimates, quotes, or price guarantees. Door size, access, parts, and the condition of the opening change the scope. A price is given for a specific door after we have enough information, and it is confirmed before work starts. Submitting the contact form, or reading a page about cost factors, does not create an estimate. The form on this site does not currently deliver messages.
We do not promise to be the lowest price, and we do not promise a result the inspection has not supported. Emergency timing is a window we confirm, not a contractual arrival time printed in advance. Same-day service, when it happens, depends on availability and location.
Service information
We try to describe garage door systems accurately. That information is general. It is not a diagnosis of your door and not an instruction to adjust hardware. Springs and cables can cause serious injury. Do not treat these pages as a repair manual.
Illustrations on this site are drawings. They are not photographs of completed STCRON jobs and they are not evidence of a particular product we install. Manufacturer warranties, if any, come from the manufacturer and from the conditions that apply to that part. This website does not add a warranty by describing a service.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, illustrations, and mark used on this site are owned by STCRON Garage Door or used with permission. You may share a link to a page. You may not copy the site’s pages, illustrations, or structure to build another site. Trademarks of door and opener manufacturers remain theirs. Mentioning a type of hardware is not a claim that we are an authorized dealer.
Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Submit false contact details or a request you do not intend as a genuine inquiry.
- Upload malware or attempt to bypass the form’s limits.
- Scrape the site in a way that degrades service for other visitors.
- Use the company’s name to send messages we did not send.
- Rely on the site to justify unsafe work on springs, cables, or an opener’s safety devices.
Third-party links
A page may link to another part of this site. If we ever link to a third-party site, that site has its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content we do not control.
Limitation
The website is provided for general information. To the extent the law allows, STCRON Garage Door is not liable for losses that come only from using or being unable to use the website, including decisions you make from a page without a written scope. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Service performed at a property is limited by the scope and by the facts of that job.
Some states do not allow certain limitations. If that applies, the limitation is reduced to the amount the law still permits.
Changes
We may update these terms when the site or the way we take requests changes. The effective date at the top will be revised. The version posted on this page is the version that applies to use of the site after that date.
